What we collect
When you submit the estimate form on this site, we receive the name, phone number, email address, city, project type and message you enter. Nothing else is collected through the form, and there is no account to create.
How the form works
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form delivery service. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach our inbox. We do not sell, rent or trade the information you send.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment and quote the work. If you call instead, we keep whatever notes are needed to schedule and price the job.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a third-party CDN, so viewing a page does not report your visit to another company.
Retention
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as they are useful for servicing the work and for ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Contact
For any question about this policy, or to ask us to remove your information, email info@rosenbergflooring.com or call (281) 549-0305.
